Bingo Musical

A digital ecosystem that connects sales, payments, automation, and a custom-built application.

Bingo Musical is a project developed to transform a personalized product into a service that can be sold and delivered almost entirely automatically.

The solution connects a sales website, Stripe payments, n8n automations, and an application built specifically to generate and manage each Bingo Musical.

Customers can discover the product, purchase it, receive access, and start configuring it without requiring the team to intervene manually in the process.

Bingo Musical is not a static product that can simply be downloaded after payment.

Each purchase needs to create an independent workspace for the customer, based on a specific design and ready for them to later add their songs, configure different options, and generate their own bingo cards.

The challenge

Managing this process manually would mean:

How do you automatically sell a product that requires personalization?

As sales increased, the administrative workload would increase proportionally as well.

The goal was to eliminate that dependency.

The sale needed to be able to happen at any time and automatically generate everything required for the customer to start using the product.

Solution

A fully connected digital ecosystem from start to finish

The solution was built around three core components: "a sales platform," "an automation layer," and "a specialized application."

The first component is responsible for presenting and selling the product.

It was built using Modella Web and includes all the information customers need to make a purchase decision without sales assistance:

1. Sales website

The checkout process begins within this same experience.

Payments are processed through Stripe.

When Stripe confirms that a transaction has been completed successfully, the platform automatically starts the provisioning process.

2. Payments and automation

An n8n workflow receives the purchase information and acts as the orchestration layer between the different systems.

The workflow:

receives the confirmation → validates the transaction → calls the Bingo Musical API → checks the response → continues with the appropriate communications.

If the process is completed successfully, the system proceeds with automatic delivery.

If an error occurs, the system can generate an internal notification to make follow-up easier.

The application is the functional core of the product.

It was built specifically to manage reusable designs and then generate an independent instance for each buyer.

3. Bingo Musical application

The system is built primarily around three concepts:

Instances

Each customer therefore gets their own workspace.

Templates

They define the base structure and design of the different Bingo Musical templates.

Purchases

They represent the customer's purchase and store the conditions associated with it.

When n8n calls the API, the application automatically creates the purchase and its corresponding instance.

They are the independent copies created for each buyer from the selected template.

Once the instance is created, the system retrieves the corresponding URL and automatically continues the workflow. The customer receives an email with their access link and instructions. From that moment on, they can start working with their Bingo Musical. No team member needs to manually create the project, configure an account, or send access. This makes it possible to:

Most importantly, from the customer's point of view, everything feels like a single digital experience, even though multiple platforms, APIs, and automations are working behind the scenes.
