A platform for creating, managing, and operating personalized digital invitations

Modella Invitations is a platform developed to manage the complete lifecycle of a digital invitation: from a reusable design to an independent instance for each client, including information collection, internal tracking, personalization, and publishing.

The solution combines a system of Templates, individual Instances, editing tools, structured data collection, operational CRM, RSVP, and personalized guest experiences.

The result is not simply an invitation editor.

It is a platform where design, production, the client, and operations work around the same digital unit.

A personalized digital invitation combines many different pieces:

Without a specific architecture, this information ends up scattered across forms, messages, files, design tools, and separate tracking systems.

The challenge was to transform that process into a structured platform without losing the ability to personalize each invitation.

A model based on Templates and Instances

The Modella Invitations architecture separates reusable design from the work carried out for each client.

A Template represents a reusable base design.

It can contain the visual structure, fonts, colors, assets, and different documents associated with the experience.

When a client starts their invitation, the system creates an independent Instance based on that Template.

The new Instance receives a snapshot of its configuration and the required assets.

From that point on, it can evolve independently without depending on future changes made to the original Template.

This makes it possible to combine two apparently opposing needs:

reuse designs at scale while personalizing each project independently.

The Modella Invitation Instance acts as the central entity of the solution. Different specialized modules connect to it:

One Instance at the core of the entire platform

Modella Invitation Design, configuration, personalization, and publishing of the experience.

Modella Data Form Structured collection of client-provided text, images, and decisions.

Modella CRM Operational tracking and organization of internal work.

RSVP & Guest Personalization Management of responses, attendance limits, and personalized experiences for each guest.

They all work around the same Instance, while each module retains its own responsibility and workflow.

The Viewer represents the final experience. It is the interface guests use when they receive the invitation. It can display either a general experience or an individualized experience for a specific person. Personalized links can use information such as the guest's name and apply specific rules, for example attendance limits associated with that access. The RSVP flow and subsequent reconfirmation can also be integrated into this experience.

The administrative environment brings together the tools required to design and operate the platform. From the Admin area, it is possible to:
