TeInvito Project

TeInvito needed to transform the sale of digital invitations into a fully autonomous process.

The goal was to enable anyone to discover a design, generate a personalized demo, try it, purchase it, and continue editing their invitation without relying on intervention from the team.

To achieve this, we connected the TeInvito website, built with Modella Web, with Modella Invitations, n8n, Stripe, webhooks, and automated email communications.

The result is a continuous digital flow that can serve customers 24/7, across different countries and in multiple languages, while maintaining a seamless experience from the first interaction through to the final activation of the invitation.

This model presents several limitations:

To scale the business, we needed to eliminate a series of tasks that traditionally required human intervention: receiving the customer's request, preparing a demo, creating an invitation with their details, sending access credentials, managing payment, verifying the transaction, activating the invitation, and communicating with the customer again.

The problem

The challenge was not simply to create a website for selling invitations.

In addition, we wanted to preserve an important condition in TeInvito's sales process: no one purchases an invitation without trying it first.

The demo had to remain a mandatory part of the experience, but without becoming a manual task for the team.

Solution

We designed a fully automated flow that connects every stage of the sales process.

When users find a design they like, they select the model and complete a form to request a demo. From that moment on, the system takes care of the rest. The request submitted through Modella Web triggers a workflow in n8n, which communicates with Modella Invitations and automatically creates a new instance of the selected model using the information provided by the user.

The user starts at mis15.teinvito.site, where they can learn about the product, browse designs, check prices, policies, and frequently asked questions.

Once it has been created, the customer automatically receives access to the demo by email and can begin personalizing it. The demo remains available for a defined period and can be purchased either while it is active or after it has expired. When the user decides to purchase it, they start the process from within their own invitation. They are redirected back to TeInvito, enter their details, and complete the payment through Stripe. Stripe confirms the transaction through a webhook. This confirmation triggers a new workflow that automatically changes the invitation from demo status to purchased status, reactivates it if it had expired, and sends the customer a purchase confirmation and access details.

From that moment on, the customer can finish creating the invitation using a simplified editor that allows them to manage the necessary elements independently: images, text, locations, and invitation content.

The value of the solution

Technology moves into the background. What matters is that the business is no longer limited by a person's availability.

TeInvito can receive a request at 10 a.m. or at 3 a.m. and the result is the same: the system creates the demo, delivers access, processes the purchase, and activates the product.

In addition, because the platform supports multiple languages — Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, and co-official languages such as Catalan, Valencian, Basque, and Galician — the same flow can serve different markets without manually replicating the operation.

With this model, we can offer a premium service in which an AcoloresDigital team member creates the invitation for the customer, as well as a more affordable service in which users can create their own invitation.
